Hotels & AccommodationAre hotel bookings included in registration?

No. Participants are responsible for booking their own accommodation directly with the hotel.

Should I mention the conference when booking?

Travel & TransportHow should I travel to Mulhouse?

Recommended travel options include:

  • Paris + train to Mulhouse
  • Zurich Airport + train to Mulhouse
  • Zurich Airport + rental car, if preferred
Do I need a car during the Forum?

No. A car is not needed during the week of the Forum. The programme includes organised transport for official visits and excursions.

How can I travel between hotels and the main venue?

The minimum form of transport between hotels around Mulhouse station and the main venue is by tram. Further practical information will be shared closer to the event.

Could attendees combine WFFMM with another automotive event?

Yes. The 91st Mondial de l’Auto / Paris Motor Show 2026 is scheduled to take place from 12–18 October 2026 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, immediately before WFFMM 2026. This may be of interest to delegates planning to start their trip in Paris.
